The project activities continue with high intensity, which is why public presentations for the local communities were held in Selnica, Gradišče, Zgornji Slemen and Sveti Duh na Ostrem Vrhu. The project was also presented to the municipal council of the Municipality of Selnica ob Dravi.
An excellent turnout offered opportunities for closer cooperation with the residents of the municipality. A toll-free telephone number 080 11 40 and a special e-mail address chekozjak@dem.si are now also available to the public.
The project is currently undergoing revision, while the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is being carried out, so it has not yet been possible to answer all the questions. After the revision is completed, presentations will also continue in the Municipalities of Maribor and Pesnica.
Communication with the local communities has only just started with the first round of presentations and will be continued on a regular basis to gather new information, if so desired by all stakeholders.
